Comments:
Ran alone today and i felt better than my runs for the past two weeks. decent run to cornelius. had dance practice right afterwards, so my legs were pooped.
extra: planks (2:00 forward, 1:00 each side, 1:00 supine), 3x50 crunches, lunge, 55 squats.
no splits.
