Had quite an odd day between work and sleep. dragged myself outta bed at 8pm to go to the gym.  
Felt pretty tired from it on the bench, but warmed up and hit triples with 205lbs.  had my elbow compressions which work decently to subdue the pain but was literlaly a pain in the ass to put on and take off.  hit 4x3 at 205.
squats. i think that ive developed a bad habit of having my left leg not pointed to the same degree and that may have caused torsion on my left knee. so i get some aches and pains there when i do my warm up sets.  even with the bar. after 135 i put the SBDs on. holy shit. at 185, pain was 100% gone, just disappeard. it felt amazing. last week 240lb for 3x8 was tough, a grinder. this week 3x8 w/ 245 felt amazing. just sooo  smooth and completely ache/pain free. my belt even felt good this time, like finally broke in, not restricting range of motion or digging into my ribs.
