Comments:
I ran with little Lindsey a 5 mile loop that Courtney showed me before, just to mix it up. I added on at the track. We did some hurdle drills. Some that I remember from high school. We went over some just to get some form down. I iced my ankle afterward because I felt it during the beginning of my run.
