Comments:
sunny and 50's for a nice outdoor workout. 2x4,2,2. 1 min after the 4, 2 min after the 2, 6 btwn sets.
Paces for the top crew 62-64, 28, sub-28. Abdallah opens the 4 up in 26.hi so that was good. Rolled through at 65, 31, 29, 66, 33, 31. Felt okay till halfway through the second 4 when I started getting the numb feeling you get when you take an 8 out too hard. Finished that up. Fun things.

Chill ass cooldown back to Veale which was real nice.
