Ran with Devanzo. First mile in 6:40, then second mile in 6:27 then we decided to bring it back to 7 min pace on the way back. I was doing the normal 7.5 mile loop(bel air- silver spring) but on silver spring i twisted my ankle very badly. I stopped and walked for about 3 mins then jogged backed to Honeygo, which explains the 1/2 mile lost. Ankle hurts pretty bad right now and it is swollen like a grapefruit. I don't know when I will run again, hopefully in a few days.
