This deadlift training session was just a preview for next week. Worked up to a double at 385lbs. Second rep went up a bit slower with a bit of a sticking point, but as weird as it sounds, i think i purposely slowed it down towards lockout.
Then did 6 sets of triples at 320lbs.
hit like 4x8 rubish rows at 235, felt much easier this time and a dropset last set to 185 then 135.
RDLs did 4x10 195, hurt them hands quite a bit
