Comments:
500's very hard I'm finding that everything with short rest is very hard for me. Although, I know eventually it will get me better (at least I'm hoping). 200's were easy 30, 30, 29, 28.
Left calf area cramped... It's beginning to aggravate me. I have never really had this type of an issue. Happens only after workouts on the cool down.
