Comments:
Erica and I warmed up to the track and all that. I did some hurdle strides with Linda since she had to go before I even started the workout. She helped me a bit with my form. The 600m were hard, I think it was because I was by myself. I fell off pace but not a lot.

I had more fun with the hurdles, I know you said not to time them but Lindsey Mckee timed them for me. I was at 90 and then 89. I was relaxed not trying to go fast over them. Lindsey showed me how to jump the water pit which was awesome! I picked it up pretty well, according to Lindsey. I even hurdled a barrier after, so any fears I had about the barriers are gone. (Because Lindsey is an awesome teacher)

I lifted after. I feel sore. I might casually sleep for 24 hours.
