Played soccer this morning for PT so that was kinda fun, even though we didn't know about it until this morning and it was muddy so slippy slidey.
After class did:
3 Sets Each Arm @ 24kg:
10 Snatch, 8 Front Squat, 6 Strict Press, 4 Windmill, 2 Reverse TGU.
Shoulders buuuurrnned at the end of each complex.
5:00 Rotating Plank
Then DOC:
Goblets @ 32kg
Swings @ 32kg
Pullups
4-Count Mountain Climbers
