did the workout by myself this afternoon so i could make it to greek sing tonight. it was kinda weird, because i ran at mlk, but the workout was a fartlek format, and the times were all the same, so it was kinda like intervals. anyways
30min total of 3' @ goal 5k w/ 2' easy btwn
probably wasn't quite 5k pace, since that's a little fast for mlk. still a good workout though, and the effort was solid. got pretty nice weather too.
ran back around northside, then lifted once i got back. my back no longer hurts, so that's nice. kinda sore everywhere else though. didn't push it on the lift, and really tried to emphasize self-care today, with a lot of stretching and rolling, and then took an ice bath.
