Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran on the treadmill at the gym. 2 miles up and then did a fartlek:
6:00 on @5:52 pace /2:00 off
Then 7 x 2:00 on/1:00 off starting at 5:52 pace and working down to 5:30 pace. Ran off's about 7:12 pace. 1.2 down for 8 miles total.
Felt ok. Not in great workout shape but trying!
Core and weights with team in afternoon!@
