3 plate squat

Worked up to 315lbs. My goal was 3 reps, but it just felt so smooth that I ended up hitting 5. 4th rep was the biggest grinder. but i was real happy with it. Just looked at my training log a year ago this week. i was squatting 125lbs, deadlifting 155lbs. and those weights kicked my ass. there was a point where I couldnt even fathom squatting that much weight. 300 was a milestone, but 3 plates is also a milestone.

Did some rep work on the bench today instead of pause work. 2 mins rest with 3x8 at 175lbs
4x10 60lb incline db.
then some facepulls
