Comments:
I am definitely sore from yesterday, more than I thought. Two workouts in a row were rough even though today was suppose to be easy. Our splits per mile was 7:37, 7:15, and the last 3 quarts was 5:00.
I ice-bathed after and I rolling later when I can.
