Comments:
I did not have a good healthy lunch by any means and was dragging on this run. But I ran in my new shoes. By the end, my left foot was hurting but I think it was just new unbroken in shoe pain. More importantly my right heel for the first time in a long long time did not have shooting pain as I ran! I switched to my old shoes to lift because the new ones were so wet and the heel pain was back so I think I made a good decision with the new shoes
