Exercise Type: Run

Weather: pouring rain, wind, kinda cold

Comments:
First we ran around the gym inside. Then distance went outside and ran a mile warm-up. Then after stretching a bit, we ran a race 800m. I wore spikes, it was sprinkling at that point and the final 100m stretch was windy. I felt good though and came in 3rd behind Will and Rory, tying my best time. Then after 15-20 minutes, we ran a race 400m, except everyone did that split up into groups. I felt pretty good in that too, tied my fastest recorded time atleast. It was raining harder then. Then Will and I ran a 2 mile cooldown on the track and it was a downpour by then.
