Not enough sleep this week as track ramps up. (3 hours last night, and 4.5 hours avg over the past three nights. Please don't try this at home young athletes... I am just recording this because it is my log and I need to record everything that affects my training. I don't intend to glorify this lifestyle.

Ran down Reno to meet Sam at Chesapeake and we jogged slowly to intercept Sarah and Faraz near Windom. Looped the Cathedral and returned along Wisconsin. Last mile (half with Sam and half alone at a more normal pace) was 7:40ish. Sam had a cold and is just getting over a more serious health issue, so we took it very easy.
