Comments:
I was elbowed repeatedly the first 10 seconds of the race because I was trying to actually get out with top pack. I elbowed back but it was coming from both sides. I just gave up and dropped back. I had no turn over and felt slow because I was. I gave up before the first 100 meters. I don't want to race the 800 anymore. I came in at 80, when at the beginning of winter track I ran the first 400m at 75. I don't feel fast like the beginning of winter track. I'm honestly really upset still. My hamstrings and calves just felt tired and tight, probably from two workouts in a row so late in the week. I don't think I deserve a spot on this team. If I can't run an 800 how am I suppose to run the 3k next week?
