My left hamstring was bothering me. It was bothering me yesterday in the warm up and in that race (or whatever you want to call it) I made it through the run. It doesn't hurt I am sure it's from the two workouts in a row. This feeling happened to me during the summer when I did that. I am drinking water and rolling out
