Comments:
Not feeling the fitness for this race. Had a really good last 600 though. Last 1000 was 2:55ish. Last 600 was a 1:38. Last 400; 63. If I can figure out a way to bump up the mileage then I should be able to lower this by a good 20-25 seconds.
