Cooper River Bridge Run

Weather: Very humid, low 70's, sunny

Comments:
Raced the CRBR. Felt great through 5:17 first mile, then deteriorated to top of bridge. 5k split around 18-flat. Calves and shins dying on way down bridge. After mile 4, picked up pace for 5 and 6, managed to negative split. Hip felt fine, no old injuries aggravated.
