Weather: 50s, clear and a building breeze

Comments:
Drove the bus to the HS and meet Berenson who'd already loosened up by looping the parking lot at GDS (and the Lincoln Memorial). He kindly let me join his 19 mile run for the final 7.5. Neb Ave to BK to Overlook Trail to Res Rd to Fletchers to Canal to Chain Br to Heritage Trail to 123 to Potomac School Rd to Potomac Invitational (which our girls and boys won accidentally). I felt pretty good throughout and was pleased not to be too much of an anchor for Mark. Had forgotten how many rolling hills there were on that trail beyond the steep climb to Ft. Marcey.
