Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
My run felt good for later half. My ankles were burning as per usual. It's on and off pain, it gets more frequent when my calves are tight. I ran with little Lindsey and we did drills. That type of stretching really helped my hamstring. We went over some hurdles/barrier. My legs were definitely tired today. Jackson pulled me aside to talk about my 800. I'm still embarrassed and upset.
