Weather: Damp and cool, with periodic drizzle. Low 60s

Comments:
I ran this workout, a 3x3:00 at sub tempo with 3 minute recovery with Chatham. He was always a few steps ahead, and pulled farther ahead at the end of the last rep. Legs felt okay minus basic soreness. During cooldown, achilles tendon forced me to walk about 5 minutes in. Additionally, intense middle back tightness caused slower middle rep.
