Comments:
Felt pretty good the day of the race. Got stretched out and took some ibuprofen. Strides were a little uncomfortable because I was a little tight. Did a shorter warm up than usual.
Raced the 1500 and shocked myself. I was worried that my back being tight would restrict my movement and stride, but it wasn't too bad until the end of the race when I tightened up. I felt pretty aggressive and focused the whole race and had a pretty good finish too. Not a PR, but I wasn't far off from it.
