Our first two 800s were a couple seconds off the goal pace but we picked it up. They were decent. 200s felt SO GOOD. I ran with Angel and Tanner and kept up for all of them. After the run yesterday I took a good ice bath and I can't believe how amazing my legs felt today. I felt like I could do 200s forever. Now if only this feeling could hang around until Saturday...that'd be great :-) I can't remember all of my times! Agh.
