Easy prerace run

Weather: Partly cloudy, perfect temperature, low-mid 60s

Comments:
Beautiful day, feeling much better after bridge run. Good run, broke off of main pack to just run with Duncan (Josh and Chatham went to free ice cream cone day). Felt good at around 7:00 pace, aside from slight hip difficulties. At trainer, found out I'm basically as tight as a person can be. It's a long road ahead, and certainly not a straight path, but if I stretch enough, I will get there. Maybe I'll be touching my toes by the start of senior year?
