Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
Zac told me the workout the 10k guys did today so I tried to replicate it on the elliptical. 1 mile warmup, 2 miles in 11:30, 5 min easy, 2 miles in 11:28, 5 min easy, 1 mile in 5:36, 1.8 mile cooldown. 8 miles total and the intervals were all at level 16 on the elliptical which I felt required a similar effort to actual running in order to hit those paces
