Comments:
Really felt great today - not sure why but I'll take it. Warm-up mile at about 8:15/mile pace then 6-mile tempo at about 6:45/mile pace and then a cool-down mile of 8:45. Went up Hawthorne hill to finish it out and I was feeling really good - if I had known where we were going I would have pushed it a lot harder. Great to run with Woody, he and I really are a good pair in terms of our fitness levels.
