Good workout with Abdallah, Austin, and Alley. Quick but with long recoveries seems to be what I do best right now.

3x(400, 1:00r, 200, 1:00r, 200) with 10 minutes between sets.

Goal of 800 race pace (a little quicker for me since I'm not racing this weekend), so I was hoping for about 66 per 4. Was pumped to be so consistent on the 4's. For the most part this workout felt pretty good. I could feel my back getting tired a little but it didn't bother me much during the intervals. Gonna schedule more deadlifts in towards the end of this week to work on that.
