Got to veale later than usual, cuz I met w/ Dr. Hoimes and chatted w/ him for like 3 hours. I was inspired and pumped up about medicine so I figured that would get me through the workout, so i didnt take anything beforehand. did manage to hit 3x3 w/ 315lbs, on the very last rep it was such a grinder, very slow rep. didn't really fail the rep but it reminded me of what it was like to have to bail it.

rep work on the bench. this is where things just rly didnt feel right. wanted like 180lbs for 3x8. first set hit 8 reps but it was like an RPE 9+. next set only did like 6, then dropped to 155 and hit 8. just really didnt feel it on the bench today
