very slow recovery run

Comments:
very tired today, did not want to run. i did a recovery run at a very slow pace, and i was stiff in a few places, especially my left heel. i loosened up, and started to go up a steep hill for a little bit just to see how I felt, and it was pretty good. i turned around and went back home. i took an ice bath after i finished.
