in the interest of time and stuff i just did a pretty minimalist workout - the primary movements.
deficit deads standing on 2 plates, worked up to actually a beltless 3x6 with 315. it was very appropritely challenging, made my lower back sore as hell. it went well though.
V grip tbar rows. my calluses were tender, grip strength fatigued and lowerback sore as hell. so i decided just to go w/ 4 plates this time, i had planned 4 plates +15 tho. but it was good, 4x10 w/ 2 separate dropsets was solid.
