Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
We started with warm up, drills, and strides.
Then 2 by 3:00 tempo intervals. Our pace was supposed to be around 6:30, I think we hit about 6:10-6:15 for both. 3 min rest in between...shortened to 2 bc that was too much time.
3x300 at 54 (I think) 3min rest
4x150 buildups with 250 recovery jog
The buildups felt really good, I worked on kicking into another gear on the last 50m. Still sick but today was a good workout overall.
Lifting, abs, stretching.
