Comments:
Today went so well! Going in we were all really scared because coach had our paces set for 68 second 400s. Before we started she decided 70-72 was more realistic. And still 34 to 35 for the 200s
3x 400, 1 min, 200, 1 min, 200
10 min recovery in between sets
70, 36, 34; 71, 35, 34; 70, 38, 35
This was actually so hard, but hitting all the times (for the most part) felt great and made me want to keep pushing through. I tried to think about my kick a lot and really pick up my knees and pump my arms for the last 100 of each interval. I'm pumped for Saturday now!

p.s. - went to the doctor and found out I have sinusitis and acute bronchitis. She gave me a bunch of meds, so now I can actually get better!
