Headed out from Veale with David, Eric, and Brando. Looped fairhill-SP-WP-Shaker-SP-NP. Strides when we got back. Then the lift from yesterday that I hadn't done. Then like an hour of football which was fun but made me very sore.

Lift:

Squats 3x10x135
Push press 3x10x65
Deadlift 3x10x115
Circuit: 20 DB for everything, 50lb resistance for the last 2 sets of pullups
