Weather: 58 and so so nice!
Comments:
Great morning out and already 55+ at 9:30 a.m.! Ran normal loop from house out around to Dow. Reversed the loop for a change. Legs still so so tired! Weights and core in afternoon with team. 178 pounds this morning after run!!!
