didnt know wat to expect coming back to heavy bench this week. since i didnt do it last week and rep work sucked ass.
first set 205 felt easy after 3, so i did 5. next set also got 5. then after 5min rest i hit 4 for sure but idk why i went for a 5th rep, shouldnt have done that, needed spotter assist. will do 205 again next week.
back off set of 8-10 w/ 155
then aggressiv squats - 250lbs for 3x8. damn. kicked my assss
incline dumbbell, then laterals
