this was a good day. regained some confidence by running a solid race in the steeple, and didn't completely embarrass myself in the 1500, but my legs were completely dead.

takeaways in the steeple, need to push harder really throughout the race. i think i'll be in PR range by conference, and hopefully can improve from there.

cooled down for a while. the weather was great, and it was fun to run around delaware for a bit.
