Charlotte Run #2

Weather: Mid-60s, sunny

Comments:
Legs felt like shit, but I got to run with a guy I met at the conference I'm at. He is a 3-time ironman finisher and had a lot of great running and racing stories which helped me forget about the discomfort of this run. That and you can't best a morning run with sun and temps in the low-60s. Rest day tomorrow. Slowest 5 miles I've done in a LONG time.
