Comments:
Felt really pretty strong. Stayed relatively close to Jessie throughout this workout. Ran a lot faster than usual but I was able to keep pace relatively well through out the sets. It was tough but an encouraging workout. Did 400's afterward then strides. Felt really good on those too.
