Got my lift in before work real quick. This will be the easiest week for the rest of the 10 week program. Hit 365lbs for 3x3, then 295lbs for 3x3 speed pulls. 365lbs bar speed and difficulty was def lower than when i hit 365 for the 2nd week of the program, still rather tough. but lockout was pretty strong. hit the speed pulls without a belt and bar speed was nice and violent. it seems like 315 is where things begin to slow down a bit right now.

Then 245lbs for Rubish rows. this shit was easy. 3x8. lost grip on one of the reps and almost fell back.
