Comments:
tempo. it wasn't that bad. with the wind on the way out, against on the way back. felt pretty good, but positive split the second mile for both sections. still kinda tired from the weekend.
got in a good lift, stretch, abs. note: did front squat today instead of the normal back squat because all the racks were taken in the weight room. actually kinda harder.
