Comments:
Little Lindsey and I went out really slow. I think the running gods were upset, and decided to pour so we would pick up our run.

My calves are tight, full of knots, and in pain. It hurts walking up the stairs, down them, and right after I run. I went to the trainer and he had me roll (OUCH), stretch (OUCH), and they did a deep tissue massage (AGHHHH). I am pretty sure it's because of my sneakers. I need new ones, I am just trying to finish out my season. I am hoping tomorrow will feel better. I am rolling out again tonight.
