Comments:
Excited and nervous to steeple this weekend. The waterpit jump I did wasn't good, so I'll guess we'll see race day. I just want to do a race I like again. I didn't get a chance to cool down because I had a program right after practice.
My calves were super tight, they didn't bother me the run or during the fast sprints. I wen to the trainer an hour after my program and I just heated and foam rolled. They definitely feel better so hopefully it will be gone by race day
