went to lift pretty much right after work after a little bit of coffee. did 2 triples at 320lbs. very tough but good stuff. then i actually hit some back down sets this time, did 275 for 2x5

i was literally in no mood to bench after this and it sucked. ill have to play around with my routine to do something about that cuz my bench needs higher volume and frequency
