deficit deads. tried standing on a big red bumper plate.  def a larger deficit than 2 plates. actually so much so that i just didnt wear a belt because it restrcited the ROM too much.  hit 3x6 at 320lbs, actually felt easier than 315 last week. huh.
tbars (vgrip). once again felt easier with heavier weight. 4 plates + 15 for 4x8, dropset
