Comments:
I felt really good during this run. I went the straight 3 miles without stopping halfway as I usually do on recovery runs. It was super sunny, but it wasn't that bad. I actually felt that I am ready to start putting in some bigger mileage. I feel lazy only doing these 3 mile runs. My first 800 was at like 8:30 pace. It was super slow, but the run got progressively faster the whole run. My times were 7:59, 7:31, and 7:23.
