Comments:
solid workout. ran the 400s with chippy galen and tim. the odds were flat, and the evens were over hurdles and with an 80m kicker at the end. the flat ones started out around 74, then worked down to about 70, and the hurdle intervals were all 68-70.
faster than intended, but it was a good workout. felt good moving quick over hurdles. didn't feel too tired at the end, but my left calf was sore.
cooled down, lifted, stretched, ice bath.
