Comments:
3x 400/600/400 with 400s at below race pace, then settle into pace for 600, then finish the last 400 below pace. 5' recovery btwn
the first one was flat, to get the pace established, despite the fact that pace feels really different without hurdles. the second one was all over hurdles, and the third was just the 400s over hurdles. i wasn't completely successful at the pacing thing, but it was a pretty good workout. the goal was to run the 400s at 73, and the 600s at 75

2: 400@72, 600@1:56, 400@74; 4:22 total
3: 400@70, 600@1:53, 400@70; 4:13 total
