Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Today as negative split 10k that started to fast. The past few days have been leading up to a faster run. I have been running pretty slow and smoking a lot of cigarettes when I don't run. This two a day saved my mileage for the week so did yesterdays run, But that isn't how I want to sneak in my mileage at the end of the week.
